Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PropKit (“we”) collects when you use propkit.tech and how we use it. We do not sell personal data.

1. What we collect

• Account and contact: email address, and name or phone if you give them.
• Property facts you enter: address, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, features and notes, plus the drafts generated from them.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, events such as kits generated, browser and device type, a hashed form of your IP address (for abuse prevention), and a random device identifier.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan and billing status, never your full card number.

2. How we use it

• To generate your drafts and let you reopen them.
• To run the free trial fairly and prevent abuse.
• To provide support and send service emails.
• To send product emails if you opted in; you can unsubscribe in any email.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

3. Who processes it

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: an AI provider to generate text (currently DeepSeek; the property facts you enter are sent to it, so do not enter owners’ private details such as phone numbers or personal data in notes), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (site analytics), and our hosting provider. We may disclose data if required by law. If PropKit is acquired, data may transfer to the new owner.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity session recordings and heatmaps). You can block cookies in your browser; the Service will still work.

5. Retention

We keep your account data and drafts while your account is active. Ask us to delete them and we will do so within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or opt out of marketing. Email support@propkit.tech and we will answer within 30 days.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, restricted server access and keep secrets out of public files. No system is perfectly secure. Report vulnerabilities to support@propkit.tech.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
