Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026

These Terms govern your use of PropKit (“PropKit,” “we”) at propkit.tech, a tool that drafts real estate marketing content from property facts you provide (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who the Service is for

The Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals and their teams in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Your responsibility for what you publish

PropKit produces drafts. You review, edit and approve everything before it is posted, sent or entered in an MLS. PropKit may flag wording that could raise Fair Housing or accuracy concerns, but those flags are prompts for your review. They are not legal advice, and they do not certify any text as compliant with the Fair Housing Act, state law, MLS rules or any other rule. You remain responsible for compliance.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to create discriminatory, deceptive or unlawful content.
• Enter only facts about properties you are authorized to market.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the Service, or work around usage limits.
• Do not share an account between people (Team plans include multiple seats).

4. Plans, free trial and billing

New users get 3 free kits without a card. Paid plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and are billed in USD through Stripe, monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fair-use limits apply to prevent abuse.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email support@propkit.tech within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

6. Your content and ours

You own the property information you submit and the drafts generated for you, and you may use them commercially. PropKit owns the Service, its software and its design. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.

7. AI providers

To generate drafts, the facts you enter are sent to third-party AI providers acting on our behalf. See the Privacy Policy. AI output can contain mistakes; check every detail against your facts.

8. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, PropKit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost commissions, lost listings, MLS penalties or Fair Housing claims, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify account holders of material changes by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
