What does PropKit do?
You enter the facts about a listing (address, price, beds, baths, size, features, notes). PropKit writes the listing description, social posts, email, text message and SEO tags from those facts and flags anything that needs your review.
Will it invent details about my listing?
It is built not to. The copy may only use facts you entered. PropKit checks each draft against your fact list and flags features or numbers that are not in it, then regenerates. You still read every draft before you publish.
Is it Fair Housing compliant?
No tool can promise that, and PropKit does not. It flags wording that may point at who should live in a home (for example family status or religion) and suggests neutral phrasing. Those flags are prompts for your review, not legal advice. You and your broker stay responsible for what you publish.
Does it respect my MLS character limit?
Yes. Set your limit in the form (the default is 1,000 characters) and PropKit writes to fit and flags anything over. Limits vary by MLS, so check yours.
Can it write in my voice?
Paste a listing description you wrote, choose a tone (factual, warm, luxury or minimal) and add words you never use. PropKit matches your rhythm and vocabulary without copying the facts from your sample.
Which listing moments does it cover?
Coming soon, just listed, open house, price change, under contract and just sold. Change the status and PropKit rewrites the kit for that moment using the same facts. For an open house or a price change, type the date or prices and PropKit uses only those.
How many free kits do I get?
Three, with no credit card. A kit that fails because of an error on our side does not count.
What do the plans cost?
Solo is $39 per month, Pro is $79 and Team is $199 for 5 seats. Annual billing gives two months free. Paid plans are opening soon; join the founding list on the pricing page to keep Solo at $39 for 12 months.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period. Paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: email support@propkit.tech.
Does PropKit use MLS data or listing photos?
No. It only uses the facts you type in. It does not connect to your MLS, scrape listing sites or look at photos.
Which AI does PropKit use and what happens to my data?
PropKit sends the facts you enter to an AI provider (currently DeepSeek) to write the draft. Do not put owners’ private details, such as phone numbers, in your notes. See the Privacy Policy.
Is PropKit for the US only?
Yes, for now. Copy is written in American English for US listings.
